- 1 -2 bunches Asparagus
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Lemon juice (optional)
- Preheat oven to 400° F.
- Wash asparagus and cut ½ - 1 inch off the stalk.
- Spread out the asparagus on a baking sheet and sprinkle generously with salt and pepper
- Pop into the oven and roast for 15 - 20 minutes or until tender, with nice crispy tips
- Serve with lemon wedges (optional)
