Parmesan Crisps

Ingredients
  • 3 oz grated Parmesan cheese
  • optional herbs
Method
  1. Grate about 3 oz of Parmesan cheese using the medium side of a box grater
  2. Scoop mounds of the grated cheese on a lined baking sheet. You can line it using a silicone mat or parchment paper. Space at least 2 inches apart, as they will spread when cooking
  3. Add optional herbs and spices
  4. Heat oven to 400° F.
  5. Bake for 5 - 7 minutes or until melted and the crisps are taking on a light golden color
  6. Remove using a spatula and place on a plate and allow to cool
