- 3 oz grated Parmesan cheese
- optional herbs
- Grate about 3 oz of Parmesan cheese using the medium side of a box grater
- Scoop mounds of the grated cheese on a lined baking sheet. You can line it using a silicone mat or parchment paper. Space at least 2 inches apart, as they will spread when cooking
- Add optional herbs and spices
- Heat oven to 400° F.
- Bake for 5 - 7 minutes or until melted and the crisps are taking on a light golden color
- Remove using a spatula and place on a plate and allow to cool
